Bitcoin price stuck below $29K as Terra LUNA comes back from the dead
Data from trading view showed that the largest cryptocurrency sticking in a narrow short-term range into the weekend. This caused yet another frustrating day for Bitcoin analysts as the token refused to show any volatility up or down.
Unlike Bitcoin, equities markets were making the most of a continued downtrend in the strength of the U.S. dollar. Crypto analyst Matthew Hyland noted that the index’s reversal meant that it was now challenging its overall uptrend from the beginning of the year.

Terra to Burn 1.3 Billion UST Tokens as LUNA 2.0 Airdrop Moves Forward
The Terra community has voted through the protocol’s governance system to burn all TeraUSD that the project’s community pool held, along with the UST deployed for past liquidity incentives on the Ethereum network. The vote will see Terraform Labs, which is Terra’s core development organization, move to execute the burn.

STEPN rebounds sharply after falling 80% in a month — is GMT price bottoming out?
The huge downtrend seen by the crypto community on STEPN in the last month is now appearing to have come to exhaustion. Though the downside pressure of GMT remains as an analyst calls STEPN a “hype-driven speculative frenzy.”
GMT’s price has rebounded by nearly 35%—from $0.80 on May 27 to $0.99 on May 28. Interestingly, the upside retracement started after the price fell in the same range, which had acted as support before GMT’s 500% and 120% price rallies in March and early May, respectively.
