Stipe Announces Fiat Payment Support for Cryptos and NFTs
Stripe has launched a crypto business suite in collaboration with FTX, FTX US, Blockchain.com, Nifty Gateway, and Just Mining. Stripe’s new application programming interfaces (APIs) allow businesses to accept fiat payments in exchange for cryptos, create digital wallets, pay users in fiat, leverage identification and Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions, and use data to detect and block fraudulent transactions.
Tristan Yver, FTX’s head of strategy, said the relationship will help the company reach a wider mainstream audience by making it easier for customers to buy crypto assets.

HBAR Foundation Launches $100M Climate-Focused Impact Fund
The fund is “intended to promote accountability and transparency in ecological markets,” according to the foundation’s announcement, with an implicit commitment to contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
The first recipient, a Welsh blockchain firm named DOVU, has been given an undisclosed proportion of the $100 million budget to build publicly transparent procedures, such as their audit trail, to validate carbon-offsetting data using their open-source Guardian platform. Dovu co-operates with rural agricultural communities all over the world to measure and report carbon concentration levels in the soil, cultivating a circular economic model in which farmers are rewarded for extracting carbon from the atmosphere and returning it underground in order to sell carbon credits on the market.

dYdX Launches Beta iOS App for Limited Users
dYdX claims to be one of the first DeFi platforms to release a mobile app, which is now available to 10,000 customers who meet certain requirements. Users on the priority waitlist must have at least 10 DYDX / stkDYDX tokens / one Hedgie NFT. To qualify, they must also have a trading volume of at least $1,000 after 4 p.m. UTC on March 9.
Users must sign up for the beta app and post their link on social media channels to gain access to the referral waitlist. They will receive one point for registering, one point for sharing on social media, and three points for each successful referral. The more points they rack up in a traditional startup growth hack, the higher they will rank on the waitlist
